Privacy

• Kanebridge sells to distributors only and will never contact your customers directly.

Payment

• Standard payment terms for all purchases are Net 30 days.
• To apply for open account status, download and fill out the Credit Application Form and Credit Information Release Form, then fax it to (201) 644-2221.
• You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. Download the free program.
• We accept Visa^©, Mastercard^©, American Express^© or Discover^© on new or existing balances.
  

Returns

• Kanebridge has a no fault return policy and will accept returns of full carton quantities for any reason within 90 days.
• Restocking charge may apply after 30 days. Please contact us for details.
  *Thru-hardened or military grade fasteners will not be accepted unless returned in the original boxes.
• Please contact us for a return authorization form that must be accompanied with all returns.
• Original boxes are requested. Lots must not be mingled.
